90 Minute Reiki + Reading

A Reiki session is geared to support you in your overall well-being. As Reiki works at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms, clients can receive benefits from illness, life stress, emotional issues or as renewed sense of balance and energy.  During a 90 Minute Reiki Session I work from your Crown Chakra to your Root Chakra while  receiving messages from Spirit, guides and Angels at each point, helping to release  negative or unhealthy patterns and thoughts and behaviors.  I incorporate energy work in each session to find, identify and release physical pain.
